One slight scratch on the top, Only visible in certain light. Also missing small rubber segment on right hand side of base as visible in the pictures. I currently have it set up to dual boot windows 7 home premium and the windows 8 release preview, which is perfect for the touchscreen. I can either leave this or reinstall windows 7.This was originally bought from dell 6 months ago and was purchased with a 3 year warranty. Comes with the original packaging. Also comes with 2 charging packs, a cover and a usb stick with backup dell factory image.
